So today kinda sucked, but it was good at the same time.

Worked my ass off, 9 hours and about 9 miles of biking on my little brother Oliver’s near-destroyed bike: one brake, two gears, and one extremely bent back rim. I need to fix my bike.

Started off at Xroads today, cleaning by myself, got about 3 hours in though, which was good, cos that is about $24, $21 after taxes, give or take $1-2.

Biked straight to Chapter 2 from there. Had to dishwash today. Was pretty busy, and the fact the only two bussers we had today were on their first day sucked for the waitress and I, as it kept us there super late and we ended up having to do most of their work for them. Oh well, I should be out of there soon as I can no longer handle 3 jobs with 10 classes (and one side one) at school. It is a lot of work, believe it or not. No time for myself.

Finally got home and took a shower, oh my god it feels good to do that after working at Chapter Two. You feel like your skin is saturated with grease and oil and dirty water stained with food and grime and the thick, damp from oven grease, air pollutes your body and lungs, feeling you with a burning desire to do nothing else other than get naked and relax in a nice cool, refreshing shower to purify yourself. Oh what a wonderful feeling.

Talked to the boyfriend for a short while after that. His day seemed to go okay, but he was kinda vague when I asked, and rather avoided the question as much as possible. I wish he would open up to me more, it seems like he believes he is bothering me by telling me how his day went, or that he is just truly that selfless and does not bother himself with such issues of his own well being. Either way I am trying to get him to open up, one bit a time. I do not try to change people, but I would think I could help him feel better and more cared for if I show that I do have concern and support for him.

No later than that, I had to bike over to ShopKo. It was orientation so mostly it was just a lot of paper work, tax forms, and video policies. Didn’t get thru all of the stuff but got thru most of it. I have also been scheduled to pick up two shifts on monday and wednesday for cashier training, so we’ll see how that goes. I am not to become a cashier but everyone has to be trained on it. Makes sense — a little — I guess. Have to go in early tomorrow so that we can cover all of the stuff we did not have time to tonight.

Came out of the closet to my brother and sister-in-law in germany tonight, just a few short minutes ago in an email. Think it was a good chance too, as they presented me with the oppurtunity. I’ll explain more in my next post, along with the ShopKo information.

For now, the NyQuil I have inserted into my body is taking reign of me, and I am slowly beginning to fall asle…
